Remembering Heritage Square

For 40 years now four generations of Simonsons have been selling dollar earrings and spoon rings during the last 12 days of summer at the Great Minnesota Get Together. I love Heritage Square. I grew up there. And my heart broke last year when I learned they were tearing it down, in the name of progress. Dreamy California Prints

I got to spend some time in San Francisco a few weeks ago (one of my favorite cities in the world). We were unbelievably lucky with the weather - no rain, and just the perfect amount of fog to create some dreamy images. New Greeting Cards

I love getting cards in the mail. It makes my day when someone sends a simple thank you/hello/just because handwritten note. Beats a text or email any day! I've been slowly adding more greeting cards to my portfolio; I'm constantly wavering between styles/methods of printing cards - some days I prefer photos mounted on card stock cards, other days I prefer to see the image printed directly on the cards. I don't know that I'll ever be convinced one way is better than another, but I've found a printer I adore whose paper and image quality is simply stunning, and...
